Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Melt marshmallows in milk in a double boiler.
2. Cool and add cream (beaten) and creme da menthe.
3. Crush half of cookies and spread in pie plate to make crust.
4. Pour mixture into cookie crust.
5. Crush rest of cookies and sprinkle over pie.
6. Freeze. Make at least 24 hours before using to allow time to firm up.

Broiled Scallops

Directions:

1. our boiling water over scallops in a collander before preparing.
2. Spray pie plate or casserole dish lightly with margarine
3. Spread scallops in plate and sprinkle with seasonings. Spray margarine over all liberally.
4. Broil 10 minutes
